A Tarot Reading Worksheet You Can Print

Keep observations, interpretations, and later results in separate spaces.

Revised October 1, 2026 · Teaching examples use Rider–Waite–Smith imagery

Before drawing

Use a notebook or print this page. Fill in the question and positions before you draw. For a one-card reading, leave the extra positions blank. The sheet is deliberately short: it should preserve your reasoning without requiring an essay.

What a completed entry looks like

For the evening-course example: known fact — evenings are already busy; image — the Ten of Wands figure carries a large bundle; interpretation — workload may limit enrollment; alternative — the workload may be nearing completion; check — ask for the timetable; action — compare it with existing commitments before the enrollment deadline. The entry keeps the inference separate from the schedule.

Review without scoring a prediction

At the review date, add what happened after the action. Did the timetable answer your concern? Did another obstacle emerge? If neither interpretation helped, say so. Do not edit the original wording to make it match later events. An honest record can show useful habits and recurring leaps in interpretation.

Keep personal details out of shared copies

If you share an entry, remove names and identifying circumstances involving other people. A practice sheet does not need their private messages or sensitive history. Print from your browser; the navigation and footer are hidden in the print layout.
